Sonae Campus, the group's headquarters located in Maia, will become a living laboratory for innovation in the area of sustainability and efficiency of buildings and communities. This evolution results from the approval by the European Union of the PROBONO project, which foresees an investment of more than 25 million euros and brings together 47 partners from 15 countries. In Portugal, the consortium includes Sonae and its subsidiaries Sonae MC, Elergone and Sonae FS, as well as Capwatt.

 

The PROBONO project is in line with our purpose of implementing integrated, efficient and sustainable energy solutions to promote and facilitate the energy transition and decarbonization of companies and countries. We are thus taking another solid step on the path of carbon neutrality and creating knowledge for the Community.
